to find the source of inner peace we all hold inside of ourselves right now. The details and the ins and outs of my struggles
are not as important as you knowing I’ve had them, you’ve had them, and we’ve all had them. It’s not about what life gives us; it's about what we do with it next.

Like all adventures this is about gaining perspective, creating a way to move forward, having your tools ready, and knowing that you can handle life - whatever comes at you.

Some thoughts can linger more than others. Still, the waters run deep. What you feel today is not what you will feel tomorrow. Unwanted thoughts are much more damaging than normal ones.

It is best to put it into writing or talk about it rather than let them “eat you alive” figuratively. Write them down - your thoughts, names of people who've upset you or who you appreciate, places you wish to travel to one day. Everything - write it out.
​
Come back when your energy is high and negative emotions are low. Look again at those thoughts that have upset you. Feel the control you have over them, the solution will come and harness your power to act, improve the situation, have that conversation.
